Amazon Ads rebrand




ABOUT



Amazon Ads provides advertising solutions and reports to sellers on Amazon.

As the sole designer on the team, I art direct and design for Advertiser Marketing Experience webinar, interactive guide, email and video channels.





CONTRIBUTION


When I joined Amazon Ads in July, the team was preparing to launch new design systems, brand messaging, name and logo by the end of September. For the brand refresh, I revamped all existing marketing assets to the new style and continue to deliver new assets to this day.

In 3 months, I delivered 142 new email components, 24 interactive guides across 18 languages, and about 60 PowerPoint presentations for webinars.

CHANNEL I : INTERACTIVE GUIDE




Interactive guides are built on a digital platform called Turtl.
Turtl provides analytics and interactive elements to improve engagement with customers.

All visuals are designed in Figma then uploaded to Turtl.

CHANNEL II: WEBINAR





PowerPoint presentations are used for webinars.

I worked closely with marketing managers, external designers and content writers to coordinate the design update.

During the update I collected at least 2 rounds of feedback from the stakeholders for all webinars to ensure quality.

CHANNEL III: EMAIL





Email is the largest traffic driver to Amazon Ads.

I collaborated with an email developer to understand the coding limitations and designed email components.
